Each year, The Classic Center Cultural Foundation provides $30,000 in annual scholarships to talented high school students to help them pursue their passion in a career that will allow them to spread their artistic wings. Scholarships are awarded for hospitality, performing arts, and visual arts based on an application and audition process. The Classic Center Cultural Foundation grants $60,000 in annual hospitality, performing arts, and visual arts scholarships.

Recipients awarded the performing arts and visual arts scholarships will receive $2,000, and their high school program will be presented $500. Students who demonstrate a strong commitment to their craft and are interested in applying should visit ClassicCenter.com/Scholarships or e-mail

Finalists will be selected by a panel of local artists. Final scoring for finalists is based on a weighted scale of 20% for the application and 80% for the juried art exhibition.

Funding for the visual arts scholarship is, in part, provided by The Ann and Jack Crowley Scholarship Fund for the Visual Arts.
