Moving Forward Scholarship
Scholarship Sponsored by Collins Rupp, P.C.
For those students who wish to apply for the scholarship, the following criteria must be met:
- Possession of a criminal record (Felony and Misdemeanor offenses, excluding Infractions or minor traffic violations)
- Enrollment as an undergraduate student at an accredited college or university within the United States
- Minimum age of 17 years
- U.S. citizenship or permanent residency status
Additional Note: Priority will be given to students whose educational endeavors are aimed at contributing to social justice, reducing recidivism, and addressing public and private sectors that aid marginalized communities (such as education, health care, mental health, substance abuse, criminal justice, and social welfare).

Students who are prepared to apply for the Moving Forward Scholarship should provide the following details on the scholarship form located at the bottom of this page: Proof of enrollment (unofficial academic transcript, acceptance letter, letter of admittance), Proof of criminal history, Contact information (only students who provide all contact details will be deemed eligible), An essay of 500-800 words responding to the given prompt.

ASSESSMENT CRITERIA
Each application will be evaluated and scored based on the following factors: The applicant fulfills the scholarship eligibility requirements. The essay question is fully answered and meets the word count requirement. The content of the essay is coherent and well-structured.
