Eligibility for the Scholarship
To be considered for the Scholarship, students must meet the following criteria:
- Hold US citizenship;
- Be at least 16 years of age;
- Be in their final year of high school, a high school graduate, a current undergraduate, or a graduate student;
- Maintain a cumulative high school GPA of 3.0 or above;
- Show evidence of leadership in school and/or community activities; and
- Commit to full-time undergraduate or graduate study at an accredited US college, university, or vocational-technical school for the entire academic year in which the Scholarship is granted.
The Scholarship is a one-time award. Each year, one scholarship will be granted.
Application Process
All required information must be collected and submitted by the student by 3 pm CST on September 15th, 2025. This is a competitive scholarship, so ensure to answer all questions comprehensively, as your application will be assessed based on the information provided.
The application process will require you to submit the following:
- Your personal details (full name, address, and phone number);
- A paragraph detailing your leadership experiences, including activities, awards, and honors;
- A paragraph outlining your educational and career goals, and the post-secondary school you plan to attend;
- A complete, current transcript of grades (academic record) showing student name, school name, grades and credit hours for each course and term in which each course was taken;
- An essay OR video. Present your vision for a non-fiction book that could become a timeless guide for humanity. Explain why you believe the chosen book holds this potential. You can express your ideas in a written essay of up to 500 words, or a YouTube video presentation not exceeding 2 minutes;
- A letter of recommendation from a faculty or staff member at your school or a community member who has supervised you. The letter should be original and not a duplicate of college recommendation letters. Relatives cannot be used as references.
