The scholarship is aimed at individuals from underrepresented or marginalized communities, including (but not limited to) those who identify as LGBTQIA+, Black/African American, Asian American, Hispanic/Latinx, American Indian/Alaska Native, Native Hawaiian or Other Pacific Islander, or men in the dental hygiene field.
Application Requirement
Candidates must submit an essay/personal statement explaining how their identity, career trajectory in dental hygiene, educational experiences, and leadership goals will further justice, diversity, equity, and inclusion in oral health.
