The Devadoss Law Firm, P.L.L.C., led by Attorney Bobby Devadoss in Dallas, represents clients in complicated federal labor and employment matters. The firm is committed to defending constitutional and civil rights and advocates forcefully for individuals confronting workplace injustices.
For the upcoming semester, the firm is proud to offer The Devadoss Law Firm Civil Rights Scholarship. This $1,000 award is open to current and prospective law students who recognize the importance of protecting civil rights within today’s workforce, with a special interest in issues facing the millennial generation. The scholarship is intended to help reduce educational expenses and encourage new attorneys to engage with civil rights topics affecting younger workers.
Eligibility
To be eligible for The Devadoss Law Firm Civil Rights Scholarship, applicants must meet all of the following:
- Be a current or aspiring law student
- Be a U.S. citizen or a lawful permanent resident
- Be enrolled as an undergraduate or graduate student at an accredited college or university in the United States
- Be at least 17 years old
Application requirements
Applicants must submit proof of enrollment and provide their contact information for their application to be reviewed. In addition, each submission must include either a short video (about 5 minutes or less) or a written essay (no more than 1,000 words) that addresses the questions below:

All required materials must be submitted by March 2, 2026.
