How to apply
- Review the eligibility criteria below to see which scholarships you may qualify for.
- A single application will place you in consideration for all scholarships for which you meet the criteria, except for a small number of programs that require a separate submission.
Award
- 50 scholarships, each worth $15,000.
Eligibility (requirements)
To be considered, applicants must meet all of the following:
- Be a full-time high school junior enrolled in Georgia. Note: 25 of the 50 scholarships are specifically reserved for students who live in one of these counties: Walker, Catoosa, Dade, Chattooga, Gordon, Floyd, Whitfield, or Bartow.
- Demonstrate a clear intention to pursue and complete a bachelor’s degree at an accredited non-profit public or private institution in the United States immediately after graduating high school. Beginning college at a two-year institution and later transferring to a four-year college is permitted.
- Show financial need, with adjusted gross family income at or below $100,000.
- Participate in co-curricular activities and community service.
- Exhibit integrity and perseverance in overcoming hardship.
- Hold a minimum cumulative grade point average (GPA) of 2.0.
- Be a U.S. citizen.
