Overview The Conditional Grant Program supports eligible students enrolled in engineering programs or in operational business disciplines approved by TxDOT. Awards are available to students attending accredited four-year colleges and universities in Texas—both public and private. Recipients may receive up to $4,000 per semester (maximum $8,000 per academic year), with actual award amounts determined by demonstrated financial need.
